You will work in a small team which is responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing financial and fiscal arrangements for the Alltec Laser Business Unit and for supporting as business partners the cooperation as well as the dialogue with external partners and with corresponding departments worldwide. With your participation in the budget and forecast preparation and with your proficiency in the analysis of financial results to identify variations and trends that indicate possible exposures and the need for countermeasures you will have a valuable contribution on our organizational performance and international growth strategy.

Analyzing and managing working capital as well as providing a cooperative and in the same time challenging cost, manufacturing, purchasing and R&D controlling including the cash-flow planning will be additional key aspects the role will involve. Furthermore you will take responsibility for the accurate monthly reporting as well as the month-end and year-end closings in accordance with US-GAAP and
the optimization of the internal reporting structures with the objective of an improved risk management throughout the Alltec Laser Business Unit.

If you identify with the goals and ethical values of our company and are curious about multifaceted experiences you should have the following qualifications:

• Professional experience in the finance department of an international industrial company or at an auditing company with experiences in cost accounting and controlling
• Knowledge of factory accounting with respect to standard costing and inventory valuation is preferred
• A university degree in economics ideally with a focus on finance
• Strong analytical skills and an ability to quickly absorb and understand new subject matter
• Very good MS-Office skills and knowledge of ERP systems
