Our clients are located across the globe. And for our service technicians, who are highly trained and boast many years of experience, as well as those of our partners, no journey is too far to come to you in an emergency or for preventive work. Because they are mostly local or within easy reach. If required, they will also install your equipment – and include a short introduction to the basic functions of the respective system. Not to mention: they are also the right contact people in matters of repair and spare parts for third-party equipment such as extraction systems and cooling units.

The highly experienced, specially trained and multilingual technicians who man our international service center are available to our clients at all times with advice and the capacity to act, by phone or email, on our hotline. With our repair service

If our clients’ equipment does need repair at any time, it is brought back up to scratch in our in-house repair division at our headquarters in Germany. This is ensured by our skilled team of technicians which works efficiently and fast using a standardized RMA process (Return Materials Authorization). Our hotline staff also of course takes part in the RMA process, including notification of repair requirement.

Thanks to our spare-parts support

Apart from our products and services, we also offer a wide range of spare parts. On the question of which particular spare part is required, our experts on the service hotline are there to help. The correct parts are then ordered via our spare-part support service and are delivered to their destination in the shortest possible time. System availability is therefore reestablished as soon as is practicable. For higher productivity and less downtime.
