Selmsdorf (Germany), August 12, 2008 – With ALLTEC LF100 and LF200 ALLTEC GmbH introduces two new fiber laser markers that are compact, versatile and highly reliable for many applications in the electronics, automotive, tools and metal as well as aerospace, and medical devices industries. The ALLTEC LF100 and LF200 are capable of static and on-the-fly marking on a variety of plastic, metal and other hard to mark materials with 10 watts (LF100 ) and 20 watts (LF200 ) of output power respectively. The new fiber laser markers provide an unrivalled compact mechanical design with one of the smallest marking heads of its kind and straight-out or right-angle beam exits for increased versatility in tight spaces. Less-frequent maintenance intervals maximize uptime and reduce costs.

With ALLTEC LF050 the ALLTEC Laser Business Unit introduces a novel continuous wave fiber laser marking system (available in 5/10W) for marking and coding smallest parts with highest resolution and accuracy. The innovative system has been primarily designed with the electronic component market in mind where molded housings of discrete and integrated components as well as circuit boards have to be marked precisely, with high quality and in the shortest of time. Moreover, the LF050 is also suitable for marking foils, films, bags and composite packagings used in the packaging industries.

Combining high-speed laser marking technology and 50 watts of laser power in one mobile box, the new ALLTEC LC500 laser marking system from the ALLTEC Laser Business Unit provides best-in-class speeds for higher throughputs and an IP65-rated housing for flexible integration in dirty and wet environments. Flexible system components like an articulated arm and a small marking head also guarantee for easiest integration in tight production lines.

Selmsdorf, 31.05.2007 – The ALLTEC Laser Business Unit presents itself and its products for marking and coding with lasers at the most important technology and industry trade show LASER 2007 in Munich. From June 18th to 21st, the company shows at booth 605 in hall B3 it’s new CO2 laser marking systems and also the worldwide unique calibration software for laser markers. This product novelty was just chosen as one of the innovations of the trade show.

The ALLTEC Laser Business Unit’s newly developed laser calibration tool for laser marking systems enhances the position accuracy during product marking many times over.
